We are always looking for new Piercing Word Team Members! We have a variety of volunteer, contracted, and career positions available.
Performer
Leverage your theatrical talents for the sake of the Gospel by performing with Piercing Word! We offer both full-time contracts that tour nationally, as well as part-time opportunities that perform within three-hours of Lancaster. Our local performers are contracted by production and receive a small thank-you stipend for each booking in which they perform. Full-time contracts include lodging, meals, transportation and a weekly stipend rate. GENERAL AUDITION SUBMISSION:
To be considered for our Part-Time, Lancaster-based Performance Opportunities, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1) Submit an Audition Form using the provided link.
Step 2) Film a 30-60 second monologue, word-for-word from the ESV Bible. If you want to be considered for singing roles, please also submit a video of two contrasting songs (16 bars each). Once filmed, please submit all video links along with a headshot and bio to the email address at the bottom of the audition form. If you have questions or would like recommendations on potential monologue/music selections please contact us by clicking the “Contact Us” button at the top of this page.

Stage Manager
Our Stage Managers are the face and voice of Piercing Word at performances. They are the first responders for our team members and are responsible for representing Piercing Word in a professional and Christ-like manner at each venue. Stage Managers are contracted to tour locally or nationally with our Scripture Production casts and crews on a part-time or full-time basis.
